While I consider myself a well-rounded therapist, with many years of experience working with a variety of presenting problems, there are several areas that I have dedicated my professional practice to treating. Life Transitions

Transitions are a part of life. As we grow, we live through major milestones: child to adolescent to young adult, single to a relationship, parent to empty nesters, career changes, etc. While many of these transitions of life are to be celebrated, they also present unique challenges as we adjust to our new "normal". Often, it is beneficial to work through the struggles presented by the major life changes with someone who can guide and support you through these times.

Women’s Issues

Women face specific issues that often make life feel overwhelming. Negotiating the work/family/individual life balance can be tough. There are many demands on our time in life, and often, having a support system in place is key to maintaining a happy balance.

Perinatal and Post-partum Support

Choosing to become a parent can be one of the most exciting times of our lives. However, if you've gone through fertility struggles, are grieving pregnancy loss, experiencing pregnancy-related anxiety, or navigating post-partum mood symptoms, this chapter of life can be confusing and overwhelming. Mood and Anxiety Disorders

Life can be challenging. Often, tasks of daily living can become overwhelming.
